Artists are encouraged to check out a twenty-eight page sketchbook, complete at their leisure, and return to Stove Works to be housed in our Permanent Collection. This opportunity is for artists of all experience levels. 

This initiative is inspired by The Sketchbook Project of the Brooklyn Art Library, of which Stove Works now houses the Southeast portion in our Library. The Sketchbook Project’s collection was divided among four institutions upon closing: The Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures, Tucson, Arizona; Stove Works, Chattanooga, Tennessee; Wonder’neath Art Society, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada; and the Taube Museum of Art, Minot, N.D.
