Library Show: Thrive Region Artists

(form below ↓)

The Library operates as a project space for Artists practicing within the Thrive Region* to test ideas, present new work, or curate a small exhibition. It is located near the Stove Works classroom on the ground floor. The work exhibited in the Library rotates monthly, with the opening of the event occurring on the first Friday of the month and closing on the last Saturday.

  • Artists are required to submit a request to exhibit (form below) for consideration.

  • Artists who have attended other Stove Works programming will have priority over those who have not.

  • Proposals that center Art as a vehicle for inquiry will have priority

  • There is no fee or compensation for using the space.

  • Artists must install and deinstall their own work (or the work of their peers).

  • After Stove Works reviews the proposals (rolling basis), a Staff member will reach out for a follow-up conversation about the scheduling and specifics.

NOTE: Submitting a proposal does not guarantee a show. Proposals will be accepted based on the alignment of the vision/work with Stove Works programming, as well as the Library’s availability.
