Resident Workshop: Alternative Printmaking with Yeabsera Tabb

  • Stove Works 1250 East 13th Street Chattanooga, TN, 37408 United States (map)

Join June Resident Yeabsera Tabb for a workshop exploring watercolor and block printing!

The workshop will be a block monotype printmaking workshop with emphasis on experimentation and mark making. Participants are encouraged to come with a loose idea in mind or a reference image to work from. We will start with a watercolor painting, then move on to working with our blocks to create patterns to print on the dried watercolor surface. The block prints then became a unique monotype in their own right.
