*** THIS IS A TICKETED EVENT ***
Organized by TEDx, hosted at Stove Works
TEDxChattanooga Sessions has always been about the space between the notes: the stories, the vulnerability, the humanity behind the music. This year, alongside Stove Works, they’re deepening that experience by also folding visual art into the performances, where they’ll collectively explore the intersection of music and visual art.
The musicians will not only perform stripped-down versions of their originals but also a brand-new song in response to a piece of art in the gallery. During their ~35-minute sets, they'll perform next to that piece of art, sharing the creative journey and the connection they discovered between sound and art.
Musicians:
Danimal
Amber Carrington Lewis
Blake Worthington
Food and Bev:
Light complimentary snacks will be available. Beer, wine, and sparkling water will be available for purchase, but it'll be a cashless bar.
Ticket Info:
TEDx is offering two ticket types: seated and standing — 40 seated and 85 standing. Those who purchase a seated ticket will receive a wristband upon check-in and are guaranteed a seat in front of each artist's performance area in the gallery.
