Join Summer Tomes from Scenic City Clay Arts in the classroom for a free ceramic workshop!
In this workshop, you will create your very own ceramic self-watering spike. These spikes will slowly release water into your garden beds or house plants and are perfect for busy plant owners! Your instructor will guide you through each step, from shaping and building to unique surface elements. No prior clay experience is necessary and all materials are provided by Scenic City Clay Arts. Scenic City Clay Arts is a nonprofit organization located in downtown Chattanooga, TN. SCCA’s main mission is to share access to all things clay through collaborative education in a community studio and provide a space where all people can consistently experience creative self-expression through clay.
Your pieces will be ready for pick-up about 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of your class and your instructor will reach out via email with additional pick-up information.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 20-person cap on this workshop! RSVP below.
